Through its subsidiary TTS Liftec Oy, Tampere in Finland, TTS Marine ASA’s Port and Material Handling division has landed a contract worth approximately NOK 23m. The delivery will take place within 1. quarter 2007. The contract concerns delivery of special cassettes that is one of the TTS products, for efficient cargo handling.
TTS has concepts and products that make it possible to increase the capacity of existing ports. The market for cargo handling systems in ports is growing rapidly with major investments to improve the efficiency and speed of ship loading and unloading. TTS is working on several projects for system deliveries to ports with possible closing in the 3. quarter.
