In accordance with the General Meeting’s resolution of May 09 2005, the Board of TTS Marine ASA has issued 300 000 purchase share options as described in statement issued to Oslo Stock Exchange on May 9 2005. 187,500 purchase options are exercised to a share price of NOK 26.50 per share. 147,000 shares have been sold to an average share price equal NOK 45.55 with a distribution as shown below:
